Tegin ahjupoti sees lihapalle porgandiribadega. Vaja l\u00e4heb hakkliha (500-600 g), h\u00e4sti palju porgandeid (meil oli vist 1,5 kg v\u00f5i rohkem), kaks hiigelsuurt k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt, sinihallitusjuustu, fetajuustu ja vahukoort (300-400 ml), purustatud musta pipart, 2 muna ja 1 spl ps\u00fclliumit v\u00f5i mingit jahulist, hakitud peterselli.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4\u00e4risin ahjupoti p\u00f5hja v\u00f5iga ja laotasin sinna peale paksu kihi peenikesi porgandiribasid. Porgandi peale ladusin lihapallid. Lihapallide jaoks segasin kokku hakkliha, pipra, peeneks hakitud k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu, v\u00e4rske hakitud peterselli (mida rohkem, seda parem), 2 muna ja 1 spl ps\u00fclliumit. K\u00e4te vahel vormisin pallikesed ja surusin iga palli sisse sinihallitusjuustukuubiku. Lihapallide vahele pistsin veel porgandiribasid, sinihallitusjuustukuubikuid ja fetajuustut\u00fckke. K\u00fc\u00fcslauku peab lihapallides olema nii palju, et tainast segades tundub seda absoluutselt liiga palju olevat, siis tuleb jube hea k\u00fc\u00fcslaugune pall. V\u00e4rske petersell annab ka head maitset, ma t\u00e4na aknalaualt vist tervet peot\u00e4it ei suutnud kokku rappida, aga umbes nii palju seda v\u00f5iks olla.<\/p>\n<p>Varemalt olen sarnaseid ahjulihapalle teinud nii, et pruunistan nad enne pannil \u00e4ra, aga see on m\u00f5ttetu ajaraisk.
