Pehme katte m\u00f5tte sain \u00fche rootslase blogist.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160okolaadiglasuuriks l\u00e4heb vaja 200 ml vahukoort, 200 g tumedat (v\u00e4hemalt 70% kakaod) \u0161okolaadi ja natuke vanilli. Ajasin koore pliidil kuumaks, samal ajal sulatasin \u0161okolaadit\u00fckid mikroahjus ja segasin siis tuliselt k\u00f5ik kokku.
