Meil olid kappi seisma j\u00e4\u00e4nud k\u00fclmutatud kirsid, mille tahtsin \u00e4ra realiseerida. Katsin klaasvormi p\u00f5hja paksult kirssidega ja laotasin peale me traditsioonilise purutaigna &#8211; 1,5dl kookosjahu, 1,5 dl mandlijahu, 1 tl kaneeli, 120g v\u00f5id. Bakery+ magustajat panin seekord taignasse 2 tl, sest kirsse oli palju ja need on hapud. Vanilli ei pannud. 30 minutit 180-kraadises ahjus ja valmis oligi.<\/p>\n<p>Kooki s\u00f5ime kreemiga, mis vahustatud 200ml vahukoorest, 1 pk Philadelphia toorjuustust ja 2 spl er\u00fctritoolist.
