Olen sarnast kooki enne ka teinud Anne Aobadia raamatu Matk\u00e4rlek retsepti j\u00e4rgi. Seekord ma pisut retsepti modifitseerisin, et saaks veelgi parem.<\/p>\n<p>Vormi p\u00f5hjas on t\u00fckeldatud rabarber ja kolm peot\u00e4it k\u00fclmutatud mustikaid. Panin rabarberit nii palju, et vorm kenasti paksult kaetud sai. Marjade peale laotasin m\u00f5ned peot\u00e4ied mandlilaaste. Neid retseptis ei olnud, aga mu meelest kr\u00f5bisevad laastud olid koogi sees eriliselt m\u00f5nusad. Purutaigna sees on selline kraam: 1 dl mandlijahu, 5 spl kookosjahu, 1 spl ps\u00fclliumit, 100 g sulatatud v\u00f5id, 1 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit, 1 dl er\u00fctritooli, 0,5 tl vaniljet, 1 tl kaneeli. K\u00fcpsetasin kooki 175 kraadiga 25 minutit.<\/p>\n<p>See on rohkem magustoit kui kook, sest p\u00f5hi puudub. Teinekord v\u00f5iks proovida \u00f5hukest muretaignap\u00f5hja ka alla teha, et saaks t\u00fckke l\u00f5igata. S\u00f5ime maiust toorjuustu-vahukoore magustoiduga, mille olin teinud eelmine p\u00e4ev ja mis polnud \u00fcldse magus. M\u00f6kerdan p\u00e4ris tihti sellist desserti teha, kus sees Mascarpone toorjuust, vahukoor, sidrun, nats er\u00fctritooli ja maasikad, m\u00f5nikord viitsin seda isegi magustoidukaussidesse tarretada (retsept on umbes sama mis <a href=\"http:\/\/ylle.mrt.ee\/?p=8024\">toorjuustukoogil<\/a>). Viimatitehtu tuli t\u00e4itsa mittemagus, mille peale mees avaldas m\u00f5ningast rahulolematust, sellep\u00e4rast meisterdasin k\u00f5rvale niukse magusa koogi. Mascarpone mittemagus dessert sobib tolle purukoogilaadse leidusega v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti kokku.<\/p>\n<p>EDIT: Seda kooki v\u00f5ib teha &#8220;igatmoodi.&#8221; Mrt tahtis, et seda veel k\u00fcpsetaksin, aga kookosjahu oli otsakorral ja retsepti j\u00e4rgi ei saanud teha. Tegin taigna siis nii, et asendasin 5 spl kookosjahu 1 spl kookosjahu ja 4 spl mandlijahuga. N\u00fc\u00fcd on kindel ka see, et k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit pole \u00fcldse vaja panna, sel puudub funktsioon. Mandlilaaste polnud, aga panin purutaignasse natuke kookoshelbeid. Tuli v\u00e4lja t\u00e4pselt sama hea kui eile. Mul, muide, rootslaste retseptidega on enne ka kahtlusi tekkinud, et liiga palju aineid nad sisse panevad, osad komponendid on t\u00e4iesti \u00fclearused.
