Mu meelest absoluutselt parim toit, mida r\u00e4imedest teha annab.<\/p>\n<p>Eile \u00f5htul meisterdasime maasikatega toorjuustukoogi. V\u00f5tsin aluseks \u00fche internetist leitud tavalise toorjuustukoogi retsepti ja leiutasin selle p\u00f5hjal oma suhkru ja valge jahuta versiooni. N\u00fc\u00fcd tean, et \u017eelatiinilehtedega on koogi vormimine abseluutselt lihtne.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00d5IGE PAREM TOORJUUSTUKOOK<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f5hi:<\/p>\n<p>3 dl mandlijahu<br \/>\n100 g v\u00f5id<br \/>\n2 muna<br \/>\n1 spl er\u00fctritooli<br \/>\nn\u00e4puotsaga soola<\/p>\n<p>Vuristasin k\u00f5ik kokku paksuks taignaks ja k\u00fcpsetasin \u00fcmmarguses ahjuvormis 200 kraadiga 15 minutit.<\/p>\n<p>Toorjuustut\u00e4idis:<\/p>\n<p>400 g k\u00f6\u00f6gi toorjuustu<br \/>\n250 g Mascarpone toorjuustu<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 1,5 dl er\u00fctritooli (Mu maitsemeelele 1,5dl on nagu natuke liiga magus)<br \/>\n400 ml vahukoort<br \/>\n500 g maasikaid<br \/>\n5 lehte \u017eelatiini<br \/>\n1 sidrun, riivitud koor ja poole sidruni mahl<br \/>\nnatuke puhast vanilli maitseks<\/p>\n<p>\u017delatiini panin k\u00fclma vette ligunema 5-10 minutiks. Enne taignasse segamist valasin k\u00fclma vee \u00e4ra ja lahustasin \u017eelatiini kahes supilusikat\u00e4ies kuumas vees.<\/p>\n<p>Segasin kokku toorjuustud, er\u00fctritooli, vanilli ja vahukoore. Vahukoort \u00f5ige natuke enne vahustasin. See segu on nii paks, et p\u00e4ris vaev oli seda kokku keerata, Mrt siin m\u00e4ssas toorjuustu kallal puulusikaga \u00fcksjagu. Kui vahukoor juba sees oli, siis sai ettevaatlikult mikserdada juba. K\u00f5ige l\u00f5puks segasime sisse t\u00fckeldatud maasikad. Kui koogip\u00f5hi enam-v\u00e4hem jahtunud oli, kuhjasime toorjuustusegu vormi, katsime toidukilega ja panime k\u00fclmkappi tarretuma. Valmis on see asi j\u00e4rgmiseks hommikuks.<\/p>\n<p>Toorjuustusegu tuli nii palju, et osa j\u00e4i \u00fcle, selle panime v\u00e4ikeste vormidega k\u00fclmkappi tarretuma, aga Mrt muidugi maiustas \u00fche topsit\u00e4ie juba eile \u00f5htul \u00e4ra. Ma muidu hommikuti ei s\u00f6\u00f6, joon ainult kohvi, aga t\u00e4na v\u00f5tsin t\u00fckikese toorjuustukooki, sest no kuidas ma siis ei maitse meie erimit leiutist. Mu meelest sidrun on just see, mis selle koogi nii h\u00f5rguks teeb, tasakaalustab m\u00f5nusasti toorjuustu rasvasust ja annab koogile selle \u00f5ige maitse. Imeline leiutis!<\/p>\n<p>Toorjuustukook oli nii\u00fctelda koogiproov.
